  • Individual and family health insurance — ACA Marketplace plans (Healthcare.gov / HealthSherpa)
  • Medicare Advantage (Part C), Medicare Supplement, and Medicare Part D plans
  • Group / employer health insurance and employee benefits
  • Dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary insurance products
  • General insurance consulting and benefits administration guidance

All insurance products are subject to carrier approval, state availability, and applicable state and federal regulations. Product availability, premiums, and coverage terms may change at any time based on carrier decisions or regulatory changes.

3.  Not Legal, Medical, Tax, or Financial Advice

No Professional Advice Disclaimer The information provided on this Site and through our services is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site or in our communications constitutes legal advice, medical advice, tax advice, or financial advice. We strongly encourage you to consult licensed professionals — including attorneys, physicians, CPAs, and certified financial planners — for decisions specific to your circumstances.   Insurance coverage determinations are made by insurance carriers, not by Assurance Benefits. 8.  Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ASSURANCE BENEFITS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your reliance on information provided on the Site
  • Damages arising from coverage disputes with insurance carriers
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSIONS OR FEES PAID BY YOU TO ASSURANCE BENEFITS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9.  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Assurance Benefits, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) use of the Site; (c) misrepresentation in connection with obtaining insurance products; or (d) violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10.  Insurance Licensing and Government Agency Disclaimers

Required Disclaimers Assurance Benefits Corp. is licensed as an insurance agent/broker in the State of Arizona. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, including but not limited to:     – The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) or Medicare.gov   – The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)   – Healthcare.gov or the Federal Health Insurance Marketplace   – The Social Security Administration (SSA)   – The Arizona Department of Insurance (ADOI) — our regulatory agency, not an affiliate   References to government programs (Medicare, ACA Marketplace) are for informational purposes only. Enrollment in any insurance plan requires application and approval by the issuing carrier.

11.  Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You waive any objection to venue in such courts.

12.  Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any revision, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.
